Lau Johannsen

Lau has for many years engaged in architectural analysis and building design. As a senior architect and project manager, Lau applies his solid architectural skills and extensive experience to develop projects in a reliable and straightforward manner toward a goal that bring together the many requirements of successful solutions. He maintains a thoroughness in all phases with respect to the interests involved in the building process. Lau has a special competence in commercial and retail projects and is proficient in solving complicated 3D design tasks.

In connection with the renovation of several commercial and public projects under CEICAD, Energy renovation has also become an area of expertise. Lau is focused on identifying and maintaining existing building qualities by optimizing and adding new technical and spatial solution as needed. Lau’s architectural solutions are inspired by minimalism and preferably don’t include needless decoration.
