When Caviar House & Prunier were looking to establish an exclusive new seafood bar and restaurant at Copenhagen Airport, they turned to AG5.

The seafood bar was designed for CPH’s terminal 2 and comprises 200m2 of area along the south facing facade providing natural light and views toward the busy airport runways. The restaurant space is organized around two open bars, where customers can sit in an elegant yet comfortable setting and watch the fresh seafood being prepared.

Custom designed multi-functional lighting elements provide a pleasant light for the two bars and the seating areas whilst at the same time defining an intimate dining space within the otherwise high ceiling terminal.

Materials were carefully chosen firstly to provide elegance and comfort, while at the same time fulfilling strict functional and maintenance/cleaning requirements.
