Renovation of historic property

The property at Hjalmar Branting's place was built in 1902 after a design by one of last century's best Danish architects, Ulrik Plesner. The house was originally built as a 765 m2 single family residence, but later re- purposed as an office building. Now, the building is being re-converted to a multi-family residence and is undergoing a major renovation. The new homes will be designed with respect to the original architecture and details.
